Conroy Blanc (also known as Mr. B or Mr. Blanc) is an adult character of Jamaican heritage who speaks with a Caribbean accent. A skater of some renown, he is the resident caretaker of Madtown Skatepark as well as a teacher at a local school.
Conroy also goes by "Mr. B" or "Mr. Blanc" when working as a full-time teacher at Ocean Shores Elementary School, where he got a position left vacant by the retirement of the previous fourth grade teacher. Now Conroy teaches in the class attended by Otto and Twister.
He lives in a derelict Airstream trailer parked in the premises of Madtown Skatepark.
He is voiced by Obba Babbatunde.
