Edward Valentine (a.k.a. Eddie Valentine or Eddie, Prince of the Netherworld) is a boy who lives a couple blocks down the hill from the Rockets.
He is often seen wearing a black cape and a goalie's mask. He has a very vivid imagination and has an obsession with the "netherworld." Most other kids find him very strange. He is often taken advantage of by the other kids due to his many resources, such as the pool in his backyard and the fact that his family appears to be financially well-off with a very nice home.
He is shown to break down fairly easily with adversity, often going to tears and wanting his mommy. Nonetheless, he is seen fairly often as a friend of Otto, Twister, Reggie, and Sam. He might not be in their main gang, but he is always a secondary option.
He has a Dad and a Mom and no siblings or pets.
